Studies have shown that a failing economy raises the risk of poor eating habits and obesity.

Before you start picking up 9 boxes of Ramen noodles or getting that “dollar meal” at McDonalds, remember there are other more nutrient dense options. Look for beans, rice, cheese, milk, ground beef, carrots, greens and potatoes. Take advantage of sale items.

Stay healthy this winter without putting on the extra pounds. Paying to TREAT health problems is alot more expensive than preventing them.
